Strategic Investment Management
We structure portfolios designed to meet the specific growth, income and principal preservation goals of each client. In investing, there is no one-size-fits-all.
Investment management, tax strategy and transaction advisory, delivered by one team. Our CPAs, CFPs and JDs work together so your entire financial picture is clear and planned for.
Investment management, tax planning, and M&A work all sit under one roof. You explain your situation once. The same team carries it from beginning to end.
We structure portfolios designed to meet the specific growth, income and principal preservation goals of each client. In investing, there is no one-size-fits-all.
Our CPAs and CFPs build tax strategies intended to improve after-tax outcomes and preserve wealth. That can mean more money in your pocket, now and later.
Our M&A team handles valuation, due diligence, tax-optimized deal structuring and the investment management that follows a liquidity event. They stay on through each stage, so you are deciding with the whole picture in front of you.
We source alternative investments intended to diversify portfolios beyond traditional asset classes. We work across private equity, credit, real estate and infrastructure, as well as hedge funds, and build strategies for qualified clients.
Portfolios built for preservation and growth, and sized to the risk you can actually carry.
Our Chief Investment Officer builds and monitors the portfolios in house. We do not buy them from a model provider.
Planning through the year rather than at filing time, intended to reduce what you owe.
CPAs on staff do the tax work, a Chief Tax Officer among them.
Valuation, structuring and negotiation, all the way to the close.
Led by a CPA and attorney who also heads the M&A group at Taylor & Morgan CPAs, and holds the CVA valuation designation.
Income planning that accounts for inflation, healthcare and how you want to live.
The CFPs who model this also hold the CRPC retirement planning designation.
Converting a short earning window into durable financial independence.
The same CPAs who build the plan file the returns, so the tax position and the strategy stay in step.
A personal CFO for families holding wealth across generations.
Compliance and client service sit with the same person, so neither gets handed off.
Whether you're preparing for a liquidity event, restructuring a portfolio, or simply want a second opinion on your financial position, we are glad to talk.
